Natalie (Horton) Silva, DC
At age 25, Dr. Natalie (Horton) Silva experienced a painful fall while working as a home health aide. Although traditional providers told her nothing was wrong, she knew her body needed help. One visit to a chiropractor changed everything, relieving her pain and inspiring her to help others. Just three weeks later, she enrolled in chiropractic school, beginning the career she was meant for.
With more than nine years of clinical experience, Dr. Silva has created BodyRx Chiropractic as a warm, patient-centered space focused on real healing rather than quick fixes. Her goal is simple: to make every patient feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for.
Dr. Silva earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med Psychology from Truman State University and graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland University–Kansas City with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She was recognized on the Dean’s List every semester, nominated to Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, and graduated as the Salutatorian of her class.
Her treatment style is diversified and can be tailored with instrument-assisted techniques when needed. She blends chiropractic adjustments with Active Release Technique (ART), IASTM, dry needling, rehabilitative exercise, and other soft-tissue therapies. This comprehensive approach supports recovery from spinal conditions, extremity injuries, athletic strains, pregnancy-related discomfort, and more. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to active adults.
